Using Eventide

You may use Eventide to orchestrate agents you are authorised to run. You are responsible for what your agents do inside the policies you set, and for keeping your API keys safe.

Your account

One person or organisation per workspace. Keep your details accurate and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Eventide to build agents that break the law, attack other systems, or collect personal data without consent. We may pause a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. Seats are billed at the start of each period and pro-rated when you add people. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Availability

We aim for 99.95% uptime on paid plans and publish every incident on our status page. Singularity customers receive service credits under their SLA.

Your content

You own the prompts, outputs and traces your agents create. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.

Liability

Eventide is provided as is on the free plan. On paid plans our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes. If you keep using Eventide after that, the new terms apply.
