We build the gravity that holds agent teams together.
Eventide started in 2025 when our own support, engineering and ops agents kept colliding. We built one control plane for them. Now it runs agent fleets for more than 400 teams.

Our story
Agents were never the hard part.
Our first product was a support agent. It was good. Then we added a coding agent and an ops agent, and the three of them started stepping on each other: two replies to the same ticket, a deploy nobody approved, a bill nobody could explain.
The models were fine. What was missing was the layer between them: something that decides who picks up the work, what they are allowed to do, and what actually happened afterwards.
Eventide is that layer. We keep it boring on purpose. Routing you can predict, approvals you can audit, traces you can replay. The interesting work belongs to your agents.
Four rules we build by. They show up in every feature we ship.
01 · Orbit
Agents should know their lane.
Specialists with shared memory beat one generalist every time. We route to skills, not to whoever is free.
02 · Horizon
People decide what crosses the line.
Autonomy is earned action by action. Risky steps pause for a human, with the context to decide fast.
03 · Redshift
If you cannot replay it, you cannot trust it.
Every run leaves a trace you can scrub through, diff and run again against a new model.
04 · Quiet
Good infrastructure is boring.
Fewer dashboards, fewer alerts, fewer surprises. Eventide should feel like it is not there.
The crew. Small team, strong opinions about queues.
Careers
We are hiring people who like hard, quiet problems.
Remote-friendly across Europe and West Africa, with hubs in Berlin and Lagos.
