Who we are
Eventide Labs GmbH operates the Eventide control plane for AI agents. We act as the processor for data your agents send through Eventide and as the controller for your account data.
What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, work email and company. Usage data from the console, such as pages visited and features used. The prompts, tool calls and traces your agents send through Eventide so we can route, approve and replay them.
How we use it
To run and secure the service, to support you, and to improve Eventide itself. We never sell your data and we never train models on your prompts, outputs or traces.
Where it lives
In our EU region in Frankfurt or our US region in Oregon, whichever you choose at sign-up. On the Singularity plan the entire control plane can run inside your own cloud account. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
How long we keep it
Traces are kept for 7 days on Orbit, 30 days on Horizon and for the period you set on Singularity. Account data is kept while your workspace is active and deleted 30 days after you close it.
Who we share it with
Only with the sub-processors we need to run the service, such as our cloud provider and email delivery. The current list lives in our Trust Center and we give 30 days notice before adding a new one.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from the console. You can also ask us to access, correct or restrict your data by writing to privacy@eventide.ai. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will email workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision.
